• Up to 7 members

• Elected during the annual general assembly

Principal Functions

• Ensure that the cafe fulfills its mission

• Ensure the proper functioning of the cafe, its development and its future

• Maintain good relationships with partners, suppliers and the friends of the cafe

• Occasionally offer support to an ad-hoc committee 

Responsabilities of the Board

• Set the orientation and priorities for the cafe

• Approve and support the decisions of the various committees

• Apply/modify the OBNL by-laws

• Maintain good relations with the municipality and other partners

• Follow and apply the various contracts: M.A.P.A.Q., insurance, employees, etc.

Board Members Obligations

• Monthly meeting.
  (carrying out work in the absence of a committee could require extra commitment).

• Occassionally representing the cafe
